Shipping Status

Though we strive to provide timely service for our customers, circumstances may occasionally arise that delay our shipping. The shipping status icon provided at the top left corner of our site will notify you what to expect for a shipping window.

• The            status indicates that new orders can be placed, and will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your payment.
   

• The            status indicates that new orders can be placed, but will be shipped no earlier than the date listed on the icon. Clicking on the icon will direct you to an explanation for the delay.
   

• The            status indicates that no new orders can be placed or shipped. Clicking on the icon will direct you to an explanation for the halted status.

In the event of significant delays, we will feature more prominent notifications on our site in addition to the shipping status icon.
